Stenströms story begins in 1883 when August Stenström opens his first store in Helsingborg, Sweden.  Since the very beginning Stenströms has crafted high-quality shirts. August’s reputation for making the best, most elegant shirts had spread far and wide. His skills as tailor became so well known and business had grown so large, it facilitated him opening his first shirting factory in 1899.
